Weltix Aligarh Buildcon Private Limited was incorporated in 2024 to pursue a specific opportunity: the redevelopment of Aligarh's satellite bus stand at Rasulabad into an integrated transit and lifestyle destination. What began as a single ambitious project has become the foundation of a company built to take on work that others consider too complex.

Our leadership brings direct experience across residential townships, commercial complexes and public infrastructure delivered in partnership with government bodies. That background shapes how we operate. We understand approval processes, RERA compliance and the realities of building to public-sector specification — and we bring private-sector pace to work that too often moves slowly.

Aligarh sits on the Grand Trunk Road, 130 kilometres from Delhi, with a population approaching nine lakh and a manufacturing base going back generations. It is a city with everything except the modern spaces its residents deserve. We intend to change that, one landmark at a time.

Weltix Aligarh Buildcon Private Limited was founded on a simple conviction: that a growing city deserves buildings worthy of its ambition. Behind the company stands a leadership team with decades of hands-on experience across real estate development, civil construction and public infrastructure — experience now focused entirely on transforming how Aligarh lives, works and gathers.

We are a young company with a long memory. Every project we take on carries the discipline of people who have delivered before, and the urgency of a team with something to prove.

When we looked at Aligarh, we saw a city of makers — a place that has manufactured, traded and taught for generations, yet had never been given a single address worthy of that energy. People were driving to Delhi and Noida for an evening out. That gap is what brought Weltix into being.

We chose to begin with the hardest kind of project, not the easiest. An integrated bus terminal and retail destination means answering to government standards and public expectations at the same time — moving thousands of commuters efficiently while creating a place the city genuinely wants to spend its weekends in. Most developers would separate those two problems. We believe solving them together is exactly what makes a landmark.

Our commitment is straightforward: build to specification, deliver on schedule, and be transparent at every stage. We are not interested in being the biggest name in Uttar Pradesh. We are interested in building things that are still standing, still working and still loved thirty years from now.
